Amazing! Our story is long and complicated, beginning with a delayed closing date on a co-op up in Hudson Heights, but thanks to John and his team, I am so pleased to say it has a happy ending! The team was efficient, flexible, and the price was very good.
I won't go into all the details about our bad situation, but John was absolutely fantastic. He got back to me right away when I made an inquiry through the website, and he was able to come out quickly to give an estimate on refinishing the floors throughout the apartment. He spent a lot of time explaining our options and answering our questions, and he gave great advice on stains and care of the floors. We had a very short window of time to complete the job, and he was able to accommodate us. We even had a horrendous snafu with the key to the apartment, which resulted in having to move the job to another day, but he worked with us on that as well and was so patient. (I still feel absolutely horrible about that, John!)
But, when they could get into work on the floors, they turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We couldn't be more pleased with the way they look and with the company overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their floors
Wood Floor Master did an excellent job re-sanding and staining my floors here in the West Village. Their service was excellent too. John returned my calls right away, provided estimates when he said he would, workers showed up on time and completed work on time and in a professional manner. I also asked john if he could recommend a painter and I was pleased to learn that they could provide that service too. Received the same prompt, professional service for the painting job as I did for the floors. Very satisfied!
I hired wood floor master to refinish my wood floors in my upper west side condo while most other companies I spoke with tried to convince me not to do a white wash stain they took on the task with extreme professionalism and got the job done beyond every expectation I had.
John explained to us the process down to every small detail and when the team arrived at my apartment they did an amazing job.
I highly reccomend this company they are a pleasure to work with and customer service is their number one goal they even called after the project was completed to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
We just got maple hardwood floors installed in our apartment and are very happy with the results. The floors look beautiful. The team worked fast and efficiently, we also had our apartment painted which came out very nice. The team cleaned up after and did not damage any of my furniture during the installation. We have also decided to work with Wood Floor Master to renovate our bathroom and kitchen. Would definitely recommend them, they are professionally, friendly and on time.
