I had a very disappointing experience with YorkScientific. They delivered used parts without clearly stating their condition beforehand. When I requested a return, they imposed a 25% restocking fee. The items were of poor quality, and I cannot recommend this company.
We order to York Scientific , a Erhard + Leimer spare part code FR 3201 and they sent a completely different part coded FR RE 2201. We asked for total refund since it was not our mistake. York Scientific refunded the value of the spare part but not the shipping costs. We paid for the return shipping costs and asked for the refund of the sending shipping costs.
