I have been dealing with this company for two years now. I bought a used ultrasound machine from them that has totally transformed my practice. The reasons for the five stars are many. First they are very responsive. They always return my emails, texts or calls. The other thing is that they honor their contract. I had a one year warranty and they honored that even though I know for a fact they hardly made any money on this sale because they gave me a very good price to start with. As for the quality of the product is it also great. A board certified radiologist who visits my clinic was really impressed by the quality of images on the machine and mind you that is with me, a total novice doing the imaging. The radiologist asked for their contact to recommend them to other doctors looking to purchase an ultrasound machine. I do highly recommend them to all my friends.
