I am in NYC on business and started having trouble with my cushion and needed a new one. Deliveries are tricky where we are staying so I wanted to go to a store to pick up a new mask. Found Local CPAP via a Google maps search. It's a great concept... their tagline is "It’s like a CPAP Vending Machine" They had a bunch of rave reviews that seemed almost too good to be true, but the reviews are accurate. I ordered a couple of mask kits and wipes online via their website, pretty late on a Friday night. The site was easy to navigate and checkout was easy. I didn't expect to see a response other than an order placed email until Monday. I got the order confirmation and detailed instructions on where to go and how to pickup the supplies right away, and they were open on Saturday for pickup. I also received a text message from Rob to let me know the pickup procedure on Saturday is a little different and he followed up with a phone call the next morning. That is some good customer service. These guys genuinely seem to care and want to help out people who are in a bind and need CPAP supplies. The pickup itself was super easy, I made a phone call and the staff helped me through getting to the lockers, opening & closing them, and I was on my way with a new mask. Can definitely recommend and I will definitely use again if I end up needing any more supplies while in NYC or any of the other cities that they have an office in.

I've had a great experience with all members of the staff. Communication between them and my insurance an reassured me that they would keep my daughters prescription until the insurance was fixed was a relief. I also got a really cute nebulizer. They mentioned i could choose they have different safari themed ones. Location is easy to get to. I would use this pharmacy for all future medical supplies that cvs cannot fill.

My dad received a hospital bed from your company today. The delivery man was excellent! Went out of his way setting it up and explained how to use it. Great employee!

My supplies were always ordered immediately and arrived within a day or two. They answered every text, question immediately. I am so impressed at how fast they respond. It's so refreshing to have a company that communicates so quickly and well. They are just so pleasant and every time I needed something it was done immediately and stress free.
