Such a great nursing team! My mom needed last minute wound care twice a day and Alvita Care saved the team (special shout out to Antonella❤️❤️
Alvita’s customer care reps are outstanding in every way! We had only one HHA from the company who was poor. We did not need six hour HHA shifts and wish there was flexibility there. They transferred us to Medicare help when it became available. That was a very decent thing to do in this money-crazed world.
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. From the start, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed, which only became more apparent once care began.
The caregivers who were sent openly shared that they had not received proper training or clear instructions related to my father’s needs. This was alarming and placed unnecessary stress on everyone involved. When you are relying on home care, you expect caregivers to arrive prepared, informed, and supported by their agency. That was not the case here.
Communication was weak and inconsistent, and concerns were not addressed in a timely or reassuring way. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like issues were minimized or deflected rather than resolved.
Home care should provide confidence, continuity, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, this experience delivered the opposite. Due to the poor service quality and lack of preparedness, I would not recommend this company to others seeking reliable home care.
I’ve been working with AlvitaCare for over a year now, and I can genuinely say it's been a great experience. The team is incredibly supportive and professional. I especially want to give a special mention to Jana, the coordinator. She’s exceptional in every sense. Jana is kind, patient, and always ready to listen. Her understanding and approachability make communication effortless, and she genuinely cares about both the clients and the team. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism and kindness so well. I’m truly grateful to work with such a dedicated and thoughtful coordinator.
I've worked with Alvita Care for five years, and I feel very happy and proud to work with them. My coordinator, Jana de Jesus, is very kind and responsible. She always takes my calls and is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend the agency and its staff.
