I work for a hospitality group in NYC. we use Americold exclusively for all of our refrigeration needs. They are prompt and communicate very well. Jenine, the Maintenance manager has always been great with coordinating services, very professional and extremely helpful. Jessika in Accounts Receivable, is also great, and has been very helpful during times where our team has falling behind a bit on payments. Combined they both go above and beyond to make sure my group always gets the service and attention we need to run our business.
Nick was absolutely amazing and so communicative! He helped us get our fridge going! He also held a great conversation! We highly recommend him and hope to see him again if we have any other fridge problems! Great guy!
