Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I’ve purchased multiple pieces of refurbished equipment here, including stoves, grills, refrigerators, and a mixer, and every experience has been excellent. These guys are amazing! My old freezer died yesterday and I went this morning at 9:30 and a new one was delivered to my shop by 2:30! They saved the day!

Run away fast
Was sold an oven that stopped working within the first month.
Manufacturer diagnosed it was an installation error after sending out repair people 3 times.
Kitchen kings lying and giving the run around saying they’re working on getting the issue resolved, when all they need to do is come and install the oven properly.
Horrible customer service if you’re dealing with Kevin he’ll ghost you same with Rob.
I called the manufacturer and the repair people, both said kitchen kings has not reached out to them for my issue they’ve just been lying to me for weeks. Ridiculous.
Just got my migale 3 door refrigerator single door freezer and 8 burner stove delivered this morning and I can't be happier!! These guys are true pros from setup to delivery to installation.. I recomend any restaurant professional to use Rob and his crew! Vincenzos pizza
Was given this companies information from a trusted individual...I must say that I never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE . BE CAREFUL IF YOU PLAN ON DOING A TRANSACTION WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL...MOST LIKELY IT WILL BE A DISASTER.
TO CLARIFY, YES WE WERE WORKING WITH ANOTHER VENDOR AND WERE DEALING WITH A DEADLINE, BUT WERE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN PURCHASING CERTAIN LIKE NEW ITEMS FROM KITCHEN KINGS RATER THAN FULL RETAIL. ie: Hobart Buffalo Chopper, Mixer Under Counter Refrigeration etc.
