Highly recommend this company, starting with the inquiry, quote and scheduling of the inspection, everything was easy and clear. Used them twice already and both times were great. Our Inspector Adnan was excellent to work with. He was very thorough, explained each and every findings and answered any and all questions we had. Adnan did an amazing job inspecting our new home. He was very thorough and made sure to show us everything and advise us on the best course of action. He was very polite and professional, and even came through when the seller changed the inspection appointment at the last second. His report came the next day, and he provide all the pictures from the entire inspection.

I'm in market as a first time home buyer, and like anyone inexperienced in an area, I searched online, and based on my choice for home inspector on reviews, real estate agent recommendation and price.
I chose Inspection Boys of Queens and Westchester because of a combination of the above said factors, and importantly since I got a hefty 25% discount simply for setting up a morning inspection! Adnan is very professional, prompt, and very friendly inspector. During the inspection, he shared his knowledge about the different types of structures and elements of the house based on the era of construction. As requested, I received my inspection within 24 hours with photos and detail explanation. Pricing for inspection is comparable to other companies, however the 25% discount and more industry experience really put Inspection Boys of Queens and Westchester one step ahead of the competition. I would recommended Adnan to my friends, family and others.
