Unbelievably rude, my clothes was 12 pounds (ripoff price btw), picked it up the next day and it was 11 pounds, I asked if that was all and he threw my clothes on the scale and was extremely rude and was cursing at me. Could’ve been a customer for the whole summer- now will be avoiding and taking my businesses elsewhere. Avoid.
Good experience with dry cleaning. Quick turnaround. The tailoring was atrocious. I had to have it redone elsewhere. They had no idea how to properly measure the proper pants length/hem. Murray cleaners on Greenwich has a great tailor.
This place is great. Has always cleaned items on time and with no issues.
Terrible tailoring experience. I brought in brand new pants for an emergency alteration, and the result completely ruined them — the fit was bizarre, with a large bag of fabric below the waist that made them unwearable.
When I returned and asked them to fix their mistake, they tried to charge me AGAIN and refused to offer any refund or credit. No accountability, no apology, no concern that they had just destroyed a $200+ pair of pants.
I trusted them because their dry cleaning had been fine, but their alterations service is careless and unprofessional. Do not risk your clothes here.
They literally folded my dirty clothes and gave them back 💀. Also 2.75 per pound is egregious. Save your money!
