I received an expired, unusable product. Seller said they'd give me a refund. No refund came. They apparently buy old expired bulk product, get your money and then ignore you. I ordered through Amazon and when I never received my refund, Amazon informed me that they are no longer selling on Amazon. BUYER BEWARE.
Tampered with mail that was not in their name nor address. Staff admitted to opening my package that was wrongly delivered there and still refused to give back package contents. mail theft it a federal crime.
I just received few products from big and cheap wholesale,chocolate was fresh. My kids loved it. The shipping was ontime and customers service was great. Will order more stuff in the future from them. Highly recommended 👌.
I purchased two 12 pack Ensure Max Protein Chocolate 30g and received them today (28 June 2024). Best buy date 1 August 2024. That's about 33 days to consume.... two cases generally last me about 60-90 days. 95% of times ensure dates out to about ONE year. This is not acceptable.
For example my last 2 cartons are marked: USE BY 1 JAN 2025 (3854PAFYA)
I made a order from here and was sent the wrong thing. On yip of that inconvenience when it came to correcting it they only offered 20% of a refund. Like it was my fault or my neglects I was set the wrong thing. Frist to send me the wrong product shows laziness and incompetence. Then to only of 20% back on there mistake shows a lack of carrying for there costumers. Personally I wouldn't chance ordering from them if that's how you'll be treated for there mistakes. Id just order from Amazon atleast when they make a mistake they fix it
