I have been working with Angela/Danielle and ADO billing services for the past six months and can see her team is really superb, ten star quality. I cannot say enough about the team/group and I am a tough critic.
1. They are extremely responsive- emails and phone calls returned most of the time less than an hour (she even called me once on a Saturday when I emailed her with a question earlier that morning and was expecting a response the following week-totally unexpected).
2. Angela and her team are knowledgeable and can answer questions about billing, payments and credentialing easily.
3. they are thorough-they follow up on any missing payments and/or superbills
4. They are efficient and extremely helpful w/ insurance credentialing. I never thought it would be possible to get credentialed so quickly with medical insurances as I have heard nightmares.
5. Angela and her team are also friendly and relatable- easy to talk to on the phone.
When working with ADO , you really feel like you are getting first class treatment with all aspects of the billing process.

I have been in practice over 40 years, and I can say unequivocally that this is by far the best billing service I've ever dealt with. The service is accurate, personalized, and quick. If I have a question, it's answered immediately. Claims are acted upon immediately, and the personnel are friendly and thoroughly professional. I wish that I have known about ADO years ago. If you are a doctor looking for a billing service, you will not find better than ADO billing.

Our office has been working with ADO Billing Services since 2016. Their entire staff has been nothing short of professional. Angela is a gem! She has worked diligently to train her staff to perfection. Any issue that arises, they handle immediately. It is so reassuring to deal with a billing company full of competence and not have to double check every little thing and have confidence that they are on top of everything and in a timely manner.
