Nice selection and assortment of flowers. Same day delivery was speedy and easy to do. They were also quick to help me update the address when I realized I forgot to type the apartment number. I paid extra for a vase but sadly did not receive it, instead got a chocolate bar. Nice gesture but would’ve liked to know they were out of the vases instead.

Irresponsible company. Ordered flowers for Mother's day with same day delivery. They did not keep their promise and did not deliver my gift messed up my surprise and made me and my mother feel very uncomfortable. Stay away from this company.

Completely disappointing experience!! If negative stars were possible, that is how I would rate this company!! The flowers I ordered for a friend arrived dead!! No refund offered or concern for the customer experience. Never order from them!! So many better options out there.

I ordered flowers on February 1 to be delivered on February 13 and they still have not shown up. I am extremely disappointed and let down by the lack of service, especially for paying extra for the delivery.

Here I am a week late just now receiving dead and moldy flowers. I want a refund if you have any integrity.

Just for an update, a week has gone by and they have not replied to me nor given me a refund. I called into their support center and sent them the photos that they requested and have not heard anything from them.

This place is a true class act. They had an amazing selection of flowers for my Valentine's Day quest. It's also beautifully decorated inside and the owners are lovely
