We were super impressed by Blue Engine and how they streamlined our Salesforce. We started the project by showing them all our problems in the system and telling them what we (thought) we wanted. They asked really thoughtful follow-up questions, raising ideas that we had never considered. We didn't know all the ways Salesforce could benefit our business, and they helped guide us toward the best practices. That was really key. Together, we collaborated on how our ideal processes could look.
Then they built it out and delivered it as promised. It was truly a refreshing experience working with a team that simply delivers on their word. It shouldn't be so rare but these days but, I feel like it is! Our company has been burned before by consultants who promise big but then can't deliver. Having a reliable Salesforce consultant by our side was incredibly helpful and I highly recommend Blue Engine.

Blue Engine is a fabulous resource. As a small non-profit looking to improve how we manage and analyze data, we reached out to Blue Engine for advice on how Salesforce might meet our needs. Blue Engine actually pointed us in the direction of an alternative solution that would be better for organization. Jon Mervis and his company, Blue Engine, did a very good job introducing Salesforce as a tool to strengthen the nonprofit Caring Across Generations. He's so enthusiastic about Salesforce technology that he has compared his work to playing with Legos.
Jon trained me one-on-one to use our Salesforce system and was always patient with my many questions. He was very flexible, always willing to listen to the needs and feedback of our staff and respond by tailoring Salesforce to give us the best results. He attended several meetings with our full staff, with me as interim communications director, and with the team working on transferring our storybank into Salesforce as we gradually embraced the tech. Jon is well versed in his field and delightful to work with. I recommend him highly.
