As a small non-profit organization, our benefit needs are minimal, but Brio let us fall through the cracks. It is impossible to get a timely response from our representative, and when we do deal with him, he doesn’t handle our account properly, causing me to just do it myself.
For the broad scope, Brio’s phone system is vague, at best, and you cannot reach anyone without their extension or last name (which is, of course, not shared anywhere on their site). When there is an issue with your account, you’re left to deal with the person who made the mess in the first place because of their hidden contact system.
I would certainly not trust them with a large account if they couldn’t handle an account with less than five employees.
Very professional. It is so pleasant to work with this company, I can’t say enough about the employees and their support and knowledge. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.
