I would give a 0 star review if I could, but unfortunately that isn't an option. Do not give a single item of your clothing to Broadway Cleaners. They ruined 10+ shirts dry cleaning, many of which cannot can be fixed. When confronted about the obvious bleach stains (see photos) they've refused to address or pay for the shirts, one of which they refuse to return all together. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't care about your clothes at all and when they ruin them, they won't care about that either. Save yourself the trauma, the money and the headache.

Staff are nice, but customer service is horrible when they damage your clothing. My dry cleaning was delivered and missing one pair of grey slacks. Two days later the slacks were delivered, folded in a manner hiding the damage. Upon my inquiry with the staff they claimed that there was a “clear stain what they believe is glue” and was not noticeable before heat pressing. The subsequent pressing caused the “stain” to become a plastic-like mark on the pants. They tried to blame the “stain” on me in many ways. I work a desk job with zero contact with glue. They also tried to blame the damage on a third party off site cleaner. After 3 weeks of constant contact with only one staff member, I was never offered a refund, credit, nor did they abide by the terms of the reverse side of their receipts regarding their policy of payment for damaged clothing. They would not allow me to speak with management nor an owner to settle the matter. They gave me multiple changes stories and theories about the damage, but never once contacted me prior to delivering the damaged pants. While the staff is nice, the owners are shady and the terms on the reverse side of the receipt are just for show. if you value your good quality and expensive clothing think twice before allowing this dry cleaners to handle your garments. They lack customer service and with all of the money they make care more about profit then correcting their own errors.

Stay away at all cost!! They will ruin your clothes and take your money. I hate to say bad things about a small business, but I gave them so many chances to fix pants that shrunk and they denied denied denied and never offered to replace. Almost feel scammed as they were robotic in their responses. AVOID!!!!!

Terrible experience , I brought a pair of pants to get the legs shorten . I thought the person taking in my pants in would write down notes but no . She said she know what needed to be done . I picked up my pants a few days later . I tried them on and they looked and felt off . I told them that the pants were not sewn right the hem looks awful and one leg is shorter then the other . I pointed this out to the worker behind the counter and tailor who worked on my pants , he was there . They both kept making up excuse how it was the pants material . I was there for 20 minutes telling them they need to fix the pants that they were not sewn right. They just kept making up excuse . I eventually left since I had work and it was like talking to a wall with those two . I was never able to wear the pants for the event I needed them for. I had to go out and buy new ones that worked with my outfit. They Ruined the pair of pants I had them shorten initially. Terrible experience . I would not recommend ! If I could give them a negative star I would .
