I’ve purchased two bikes from BMP and now have my bikes serviced here exclusively. Sean is fantastic — knowledgeable, honest, and always incredibly helpful. The service is consistently excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and their bikes. I highly recommend Brooklyn Mayd to anyone looking for a great bike shop they can trust.
I bought a used Honda rebel from the guys at Brooklyn Mayd, and it was the best experience that I’ve had purchasing anything in a long time. Shawn and Nick were incredibly helpful at the shop, and Roseann made all of the registration / payment / pickup processes wildly easy, and was a joy to talk to. I will 10000% be back
This shop is great, took my bike in very quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed in speedy time. When things weren’t as expected they shifted to accommodate the look I wanted for the bike. Went above and beyond for pick up time and storage while huge snow storms and just really personable and friendly service. Son works for him and is also super nice, remembers customers names and bikes. Just 11/10 service all around. Don’t hesitate to go here for any service, Sean is amazing!
I met Sean in the middle of August when I took my Suzuki in after I put it down due to dumb Uber drivers - we’ve all been there - since then Sean has been a god send, a true gentleman, and really treats you like family. He has been reliable, trustworthy and truthful. He cares about his people and the work they do on all bikes. Every time I’ve gone in, it has been a seamless experience. Fern also has been a super reliable and great guy when it comes to accessories and add-ons.
I recently did a trade in from my Suzuki sv650 to a Suzuki GSX-8TT. Sean and his wife Roseann were incredible through this process. We got the trade in, paperwork, and insurance all squared away in a matter of days!
