Long story short, I used to go to a different mechanic, after they did me wrong I was on my own for a while. I ended up in the middle of a ride overheating and brought my bike in to get looked at. Constantine called me within a few hours and let me know it was all fixed. I had him service my chain and brake fluid as well. My chain came in real nasty and it was a whole different chain when I came back. I’m really glad I stumbled on this shop. Constantine was easygoing and so helpful, like his reviewers say, his work is agreeably the best.

I’ve purchased two bikes from BMP and now have my bikes serviced here exclusively. Sean is fantastic — knowledgeable, honest, and always incredibly helpful. The service is consistently excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and their bikes. I highly recommend Brooklyn Mayd to anyone looking for a great bike shop they can trust.

Had them work on a rare Ducati. Fixed a fuel leak, installed blinkers, aftermarket clutch cylinder and license plate bracket. Fast, fairly priced and quality work. 11/10 recommend.
