I have known Jessica for a decade through our time at Harvard Law School and know her to be an exceptional commercial litigator. She is a zealous advocate for her clients, with excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Jessica received a Dean’s Award in law school recognizing her legal research and writing and has represented clients across a range of matters, including contract disputes, business and partnership disputes, intellectual property litigation, class actions, and other complex commercial matters. She is highly effective at representing small business owners and providing practical, strategic counsel!

As a first-time inventor looking to apply for a patent, I chose David after considering several other law firms. Ordinarily, a business with no negative reviews can make me somewhat skeptical, as it may seem too good to be true. However, after working with David, I completely understand why he has maintained such an unblemished record. David has a bit of a laid-back approach, but in the best possible way. It was especially helpful for someone like me who was navigating an entirely new world. I was uncertain during various stages of the process, but a quick phone conversation with him never failed to assuage my concerns. His detailed and patient explanations always set my mind at ease, and even during times when I expected some pushback, he was never defensive. On the contrary, he was consistently understanding, positive, and easy to work with. What impressed me most however, was the end product. The description of my mechanical invention and the extraordinary level of detail included in the patent application absolutely floored me. He identified and incorporated technical aspects that I hadn’t even mentioned, somehow interpreting and extrapolating them from the prototype itself. The result was a remarkably thorough patent application that far exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, his fees were the most reasonable of any law firm I approached. I am deeply appreciative of David’s work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking patent counsel.
