Great service. I have a keggerator in my apartment and I use them to order my kegs. If they don't have what you want, they'll order it and you don't have to follow up, they get back to you. It's nice to be treated so well even if I buy a keg on the occasion. Highly recommend.
They delivered ice to my wedding hours early (after I had several times with them agreed the drop off window), it was one of the hottest nights of the year, and it had all melted before guests arrived, leaving us to frantically source more ice during the party. I informed them of the mistake and was met with silence and indifference. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if your party depends on it!
I am a consultant for a number of restaurants and use this company exclusively for the simple reason that they have just about everything and have never, in all the years I have worked with them, failed too deliver as planned. Very professional, makes my life easier.
