If I could, I would give these guys -5 stars. I’ve never been rushed off the phone like that when I asked questions I would get interrupted and told to call customer service when I asked if they can send me customer service phone number they hung up. I proceeded to call back When I got on the phone. They were extremely rude and upset that I called back. I just need some help. I’m trying to help out my grandfather. He is an elderly man and doesn’t know how to use his iPhone or his mobile banking app. Someone needs to show these guys how to speak on the phone.
Harold is extremely biased & needs discriminatory help. First thing he does when he sees me is tell his colleague “see patterns” as if only poor people come on Tuesdays after 4. Then instead of putting my card in the reader like every time i go to citi, he takes the card & inputs the info on his desktop. Of course him being passive aggressive says “the system is down”. His coworkers try to reinforce this obvious lie by saying before he even starts that the system isnt working for them. No manager around. Traveled an hr to be disrespected out of nowhere. Nice try

This branch is awesome. I have been coming here for over 20 years. Felix Rojas is my personal banker and he is nothing short of amazing . He is the best financial person I have had while working with Citi Bank. Also Rossy Feliz is my go to Teller. She always has a smile on her face , always ready to help when I Mr. Felix is not available right away.
