I have very mixed feelings about this office and Dr. Sutera. At first, she seemed great and very knowledgeable. However, the office charged me a co-payment for a visit that my insurance 100% covered with no co-payment necessary and I only found out because of my insurance. The office never informed me or offered a refund as they should have knowing that my insurance fully covered the visit. Then when I inquired about another co-payment charge for a fully out of pocket visit which insurance played no role in, Dr. Sutera was extremely frustrated and sassy with her responses. At one point, she had to take a deep breath and closed her eyes while speaking with me as if she was losing her patience for having to answer questions that I had every right in asking. In the end, they had to refund me for two co-payments that should never have been charged and only did so when it was brought to their attention. She may be good at what she does, however, the way she conducts business isn’t the best and her attitude when she is questioned is inappropriate to say the least.
Great experience with my first visit and the doctor thoroughly explained my treatment options and was very easy to discuss everything with him. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. I didn't wait much before I was called by the doctor. Thanks to him I'm feeling much better now.
Dr. Weiss was amazing, has a calming presence and excellent bedside manner. His tips and suggestions are already helping the pain I had and will be back to follow-up with him in a few weeks. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Goldstein is the best! He embodies everything you want from a doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, inviting, warm and personable. He takes his time to connect and explain everything in great detail. Expert care and guidance and I felt great after visiting him! My experience was as comfortable as possible!
