Excellent care from the front desk to the medical team. I felt very confident in the expertise of the doctor and nurse. All the right questions were asked. They were professional yet kindly related. Highly recommended.oh and excellent ramen two doors down
Going west. Greatly soothing and delicious.
The wait is usually extremely fast, and this most recent time I didn't need to wait at all. The doctor was pleasant, calm, and professional, and my problem was addressed just as I had hoped it would be. Excellent visit.
I know a lot of people are scared of dismissive doctors - Dr. Landwehr was the complete opposite of that! He made sure to be thorough when reviewing my x-ray and was extremely fast with follow up. He and the whole team were very reassuring and I was seen very quickly.
I’ve come here twice and both times have set a precedent for the worst experiences with medical professionals I’ve ever had. DO NOT COME HERE!!
The first time I came was for what I assumed were heart palpitations, which the doctor (after one EKG) diagnosed me with a life altering medical issue (which his father happened to die from) and sent me straight to the emergency room. No doctor I went to for my heart after that agreed with his assessment or was even particularly concerned (I was often met with, “how did he come to that conclusion?”)and it ultimately ended up being a harmless phenomenon. I was scared and alone and I felt the doctor projected his own life onto me, i found it deeply unprofessional and careless as caused me much more stress than was warranted, not to mention a needless ER visit.
The second time I had to come here was with Covid, I simply wanted the antiviral medication as I had already tested positive. I had made an online appointment but was not sent a link, I called the location, and they said that I had made an in person appointment and that there was nothing they could do. They offered no solutions, wouldn’t help me reschedule virtually, and when I asked them to cancel the appointment they were very reluctant to give me a refund. Eventually I was hung up on. When I did meet with the doctor virtually I was told that, out of no where, because of my BMI I am obese (I’m a very healthy weight and being a woman BMI is known to be an invalid assessment of my health). I was told, due to my BMI, that I should lose weight. I was then questioned why I tested myself at home, and when I asked if I could go back to work in three days if I felt better the doctor asked “why, you got somewhere to be?” This online appointment cost 70 dollars.
Truly awful, awful, awful practice. Avoid if you can.

The front desk was incompetent and rude. The provider was truly wonderful and helpful. But I had to keep asking to talk to him because the front desk was not capable of doing their job. I missed out on a earlier ENT referral because they couldn't answer my questions and I wanted to talk to a doctor. They then proceeded to refer me to an ENT 5 days later that specifically called me and said he couldn't treat my symptoms. I called to get answers and was told I would have to come back in for a different referral. Absolute waste of time and money.
