Beware, $300 to walk in the door. I saw a doctor for less than 5 minutes. Robbery
Edit in response to owner: I already spoke to your billing department to understand the bill because there was no justification or itemization in the bill. They failed to call me back twice and then redirected my call incorrectly twice. Eventually they were the ones that told me the base cost for care is $300.
I was there twice in the past few months. Both times I was treated thoroughly and professionally at City MD in the West Village. The wait time was not very long. The entire staff was polite and helpful. My test results were ready the next day as promised and easily accessed via my portal or via phone. I highly recommend this place for Urgent Care. It's nice to have a good place nearby that knows just how to take care if you when you're feeling sick.

I was there this morning. Elliot the practitioner nurse was so kind, helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Although my English is not so well she helped me all the time. Thank you so much Elliot people like you made our days when we don’t feel well.

Young woman at front desk was very honest about how long it would take. Glad they have an x-ray machine! Aaron (sp?) very efficient and I was very impressed with Dr Schneitzer who was intelligent and caring. Everything was also very thorough.
