Horrible. Agent Justin Ledger did an absolute terrible job with acquiring me auto insurance. He didn’t put it under my name, and didn’t even submit the payment I made to him. Scam artist.

I have dealt with Jodi Hodnick for 12 years and have always found her to be extremely helpful and attentive. She is quite responsive to any calls, answering questions and offering suggestions. Jodi is the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with and will continue to use for years to come.
The call feature takes way too long. My roommate is able to call directly and it takes 15-20 minutes. I have been waiting for almost an hour and still no assistance. I am usually a fan of Liberty Mutual but when I need to make necessary changes, I want to be able to do so in a decent amount of time. I tried to change in app but the funnel leads me to speak with an agent.
