Canni is wonderful. He took on one of my open order contracts with a very positive attitude. It was a difficult job that two other companies attempted but couldn’t complete. He works clean, he’s respectful and very nice. An older tenant mentioned how he helped her up the stair with her groceries because the elevator was out of service. While I hope they are not needed, his service and expertise will be used by us in the future.
