Best eye place experience I ever had from beginning to end! The front ladies are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative! The lady who did the eye test was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well! Dr. Huy Pham was the icing on the cake! Felt well taken care of and felt very trusting! He’s the man! Will be the only eye doctor I go to!
The doctor here is fantastic — thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. However, the front desk communication was disappointing. After ordering my glasses, I received no call or message about when they were ready. When I followed up myself, the staff’s tone was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. A great doctor deserves better front desk support. I hope they improve their customer communication because the medical service itself is worth coming back for.
Really recommend this place and Dr Pham! Came here for my eye exam for the first time and left very happy about my experience. Dr Pham is very professional and he was also very thorough. I even got new frames! Bernice at the front desk was amazing too.
Five stars across the board. Staff was informative and friendly. And Dr. Pham has awesome bedside manner that's off the charts. I wish every medical professional I wind up having appointments with practiced their craft like this.
Outstanding experience. Everyone there is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive — he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly. The exam was thorough without feeling rushed. Recommend to anyone - The only negative I experienced is that they forgot to give my Driver License and Insurance Card back to me, (and I forget to ask), they said they'd mail them, but sadly the mail never came.
