Dr Lee is one of the best optometrists I've had and the people working at this location are very kind! All around one of the most pleasant and transparent experiences I've had as a glasses-wearer of two decades.
Helpful and friendly. Needed a replacement screw for my glasses - all sorted (and lenses cleaned) in a few minutes for $5.
Best eye place experience I ever had from beginning to end! The front ladies are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative! The lady who did the eye test was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well! Dr. Huy Pham was the icing on the cake! Felt well taken care of and felt very trusting! He’s the man! Will be the only eye doctor I go to!
I highly recommend this optical shop! They quickly repaired my glasses, adjusted the frame for free, and even cleaned my lenses. The service was exceptional, and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store itself was also very clean and pleasant, with a lovely fragrance that made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Honestly pretty happy with this place - got them my Persol brand new frames, showed them my prescription on my phone & they wrote it down, they told me they can put it on frame for about $120 (with anti glare and condensed) and I would get it in 2-3 business days. Left frame there and didn’t even pay then got call 2 days later to go pickup. Pretty smooth & less than half the price other places charge! Will certainly go back for next pair lenses
