My Mom recently needed some help. I reached out to Elder Care Homecare and they were wonderful. They stayed in touch with me the whole time we were working out a plan. They were able to get this done in a very short period of time. Trish listened to my Mom’s needs and sent us someone who is perfect for my Mom and her needs. I am extremely impressed with everyone at Elder Care Homecare that I have worked with, they are all professional and responsive.
I've worked with Trish Corrigan a few times now and cannot say enough good things; she was extremely compassionate and responsive when we were dealing with an ongoing health crisis with my dad and she helped enormously with arranging care for him at home during that time. She's also been a wonderful resource and consultant when I needed guidance navigating care for an elderly relative and I so appreciate the time she takes in patiently talking through things and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend working with Trish to anyone looking to secure care for an elderly family member or friend, she is truly a gem!
Trish Corrigan and Julia were extremely helpful in arranging care for my elderly father, who is currently in an assisted living facility. Trish spoke with me at length on the phone to do an initial evaluation of my Dad's situation, getting a full sense of my father's complex healthcare needs. Julia coordinated the aides who visited with and assisted my father every day, 8 hours a day, for several weeks. The aides assigned to my father were extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding. One of the aides even called me specifically to ask questions about my Dad so that he could help him more. I was extremely happy with their services and I strongly recommend them for anyone who needs assistance with an elderly family member.
I had a great experience working with Elder Care. Kate really helped find the perfect home health aides for my grandma. They were knowledgable, reliable and really cared for her like she was their own family (which is the most important!). I went through a couple of other services but didn't get the level of matchmaking care I got from Kate. I highly recommend her and her team.
Elder Care was able to provide emergency assistance for my family during a very stressful time. They quickly responded and made sure that my elderly father was cared for and not alone, and I had peace of mind knowing that reliable and trustworthy people were helping him. I was truly grateful for their support.
