I loved her personality and how much information she knew about my issues with weight and health. I was impressed by how much she wanted to know about me and my daily routines to help establish a plan for me. She paid attention to my medications, health issues and being in menopause which doesn’t help, lol. I am so grateful I found Michelle.
Rebecca was very helpful during our session. I just found out that I have an allergy to nickel and she thoroughly went over my diet and informed me of foods that I can consume.
