Fantastic customer service! We use them for our IT services in Syracuse, NY. If we send an email requesting their assistance they always respond within 10 minutes. They have always been able to remote in and fix any issue we have had. They treat you like you are their only customer. These guys are top notch. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have used different IT businesses and to be honest the experience that you get at EMC is unmatched.
