They took my money, but never served the papers, and ghosted me. I worked with Jermel.
By far the worst process server available, Jermel is completely unreliable, he said “I’ll send you a copy of your receipt in 30 minutes” he ended up doing it 2 days later after I consistantly called him, he has one easy job,
To hand a piece of paper to someone and he can’t even do that, if people are that unreliable than you shouldn’t hire them, stay away, this is could possibly be a scam.
I have to say picking Empire State Legal Serv. was the best decision I could have made!! I was very pleased with their serv.. and I must say Jermel is one of the most professional, understanding and compassionate individual...I want to thank you for such great service!
