I absolutely loved this new infrared hot workout studio! The space is incredibly clean, spacious, and just feels so well taken care of. You can tell they really prioritize the environment and overall experience.
One thing I really appreciated is that mats and mat towels are provided at no extra cost. The staff takes care of everything, which makes the whole experience feel seamless and elevated.
I also loved the sculpt class with Erica!! Such a great workout and amazing energy
