THE WORST PLACE EVER. After going to this place a year ago filling a prescription and purchasing $800 worth of contacts from them.

Personalized and caring service. Everyone I've worked with has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and I'm comfortable with my new glasses. Sometimes, as with my eye situation, that takes a bit of tweaking. This team, Drs Patel and Robiletto, who picked up my case in Dr Patel's absence yesterday, and the practice's optician, Marina, are skilled, kind and caring. The front desk staff, too. It's been wonderful to work with them: cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a fantastic experience at Eye Associates of New York and can't recommend them strongly enough. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in their office. I was especially impressed when they provided me with complimentary trial contact lenses without any prior visit to their office (I visited New York from out of town and, to my chagrin, forgot certain daily contact lenses). The thoughtful gesture really shows how much they care about their patients' comfort and satisfaction.
I left feeling confident and well taken care of, and I'll be certain to visit them for my eye care needs when I relocate to New York City later this year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care with a personal touch!
