I had a great consultation session with Jay yesterday regarding my student loan situation. Jay was very clear and easy to understand, and he made me feel comfortable during the video conference, as well as confident that we could obtain the goals I was looking for without sugarcoating anything. Jay helped me understand all of my options for my own student loans as well as my parent plus loans for my son. I ended up consolidating all of my loans (personal and parent plus).
