I was really hoping for a good experience at Focus Occupational Therapy, but I’ve been disappointed. I chose this place because of the great reviews, but the care didn’t match up. Even though there weren’t too many clients around, the sessions felt really rushed, and I didn’t get the focused attention I was expecting. Communication was lacking, too – I felt like I didn’t really know what was going on with my treatment or progress.
Everyone there are dedicated employees and they knew how to help me with my fractured wrist. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Very professional and I enjoyed going.
This guy is great! He adjusted my splint to a fit way better than the original maker on Madison Ave. He also took a few minutes to explain everything from my wrist break anatomy to why my hand verred off. I like that he's about getting you up, moving, and healed, no time wasted. I feel extremely lucky to have met William Jim.
So grateful to Focus Occupational therapy for the amazing care I received after surgery on my wrist. I can't say enough good thing about the staff, the occupational therapists, and the beautiful view from the office. Highly recommended.
