Within the time frame given, François delivered a landlord-investor friendly brochure, an artistically crafted booklet with everything in it: location, concept, branding, décor, menus, pictures, everything we had in mind and more. François was also very helpful finding extra materials needed to complete the book rightfully and on time. Craig and I were very impressed and so were the landlords and our group of investors.
