Wilson, my stylist was amazing! He worked his magic on my hair! Exactly the length I needed and also he styled it very nicely and my hair looked so pretty afterwards
I don’t think I’d return to this salon. My total was ~$465 with tip, and I feel disappointed. I was looking for a rich chocolate-y balayage with dimension and showed several photos of this exactly including a photo that was done at the salon before. I left with thin highlights dispersed through my hair with the bottom half of my hair looking the same as it already was. There is no dimension and it’s not noticeable and not what I showed. I even got a second opinion from another stylist to confirm. I think more time needs to be spent on the consultation, asking the client questions, guiding them through the process of what’s being done (bleach, no bleach, what type of color using, etc.), the aftercare, step by step. I didn’t get this experience and it was disappointing to see the sign in the front asking for 40-50% tip between the stylist and assistant which I felt pressured to give. Also, someone vaping in the salon felt like a let down at the price point. Would go elsewhere where it’s more collaborative and there’s an actual discussion during the consultation. I noticed this difference already with the second opinion I got.
Super thoughtful and caring work!! I got a color correction and balayage done by Edwin and he was very knowledgeable and communicative in assessing my current state hair and adjusting to make sure my hair stays healthy but still looks good. My hair was previously bleached at a different horrible salon, washed out super quick and I had red box dye lol. I voiced my concerns to Edwin and he took his time to make sure the red was completely gone and the color would stick this time. I’m so happy with the end result, definitely worth the time and money!!
My hair stylist Lucas is wonderful! He did an amazing job on my coloring and haircut! I got so much compliments walking around SoHo!
First time coming here, spacious clean space! I did the Milbon Signature Treatment (4 steps). Vanness was my hairstylist and he was super nice and patient with my long hair. The process was pretty quick but you can see the transformation of my dry hair to lightweight shiny hair. It felt soo smooth and amazing. Definitely will be coming back for more treatments!
