My son (12 yrs. old) has a great pediatric dentist. I chose Hanson Orthodontics based on the Doctor we found on our insurance coverage and how highlyher reviews were. I wasn't ask tosubmit this review or considered doing it until my son's treatment was completed. But, a recent incident with our chosen in-network doctor resulted in an out-of-network designation somehow, causing a financial problem. I'm not sure if the great doctor recently left after we paid our out of pocket portion and began the process because we haven't seen her. Nevertheless, I was regretting not going to my son's dentist office that recently started offering orthodontic services. But, Hanson staff did the absolutely right and honorable thing. They valued us and provided excellent customer service in the end and honored our understanding of agreement. We did not have to come out of pocket even more on this expensive process that insurance is only willing to cover once in a lifetime. For that, I have to give 5 stars and highly recommend this place for parents looking to find a great orthodontist office for their child.
I would genuinely give a one hundred star rating, if I could. I cannot state enough good things about Hanson Place Orthodontics. Dr. Eisenberger and his staff are very welcoming, respectful, thorough, and professional. I am pleased with my whole experience and outcome. Satisfaction is guaranteed. I highly recommend!

Our experience here has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, my daughter and I felt welcomed, cared for, and treated like family. The entire staff is kind, patient, and truly compassionate.
My daughter went through a very traumatic accident that caused her to lose her front teeth. As a parent, it was heartbreaking because we thought life wouldn’t be the same for our baby girl and that her confidence might never fully return. But this orthodontist changed everything for us.
They handled her situation with so much care, professionalism, and encouragement. Because of them, my daughter smiles again and feels like a kid again. Seeing her confidence come back has meant the world to our family.
I’m beyond grateful for the work they’ve done and the love they show their patients. We truly love being clients here and highly recommend this office to any family looking for a place that treats you with both expertise and heart.

I am so pleased with the care my family has received at Hanson Place. Impacted teeth that seemed to be close to impossible to fix, done! My three children have now the most beautiful smiles. The entire office staff and orthodontists are kind and make you feel cared for. I am very happy we found them! Highly recommended!
Myself and my family has been coming to this orthodontic office for years. Their customer service is amazing, they treat you with respect, and try to work with you on the pricing based on your budget. They listen to your concerns and have great bedside manner. Kennedy was amazing helping me to get started. She’s very sweet and caring. Dr. Kammerman is amazing as well, he interacted with me and my son very kind. I like his bedside manner too. I can honestly say, we were treated very well. There was another young man and woman too who was really great, but I didn’t take their names, so I can’t add them to this review, but they were great too. They’re a great practice and I recommend them. They’re the best!
