Great yoga classes and a nice clean studio. The teachers explain very well and classes feel like you did a comprehensive work out in an hour. Bonus - there are showers in the changing room so you can shower and change before continuing your day (and I wish there was one more shower stall).
If you are in NYC and staying in the Financial District and seek a tribe of hot yogi enthusiasts, look no further. The studio is impeccably clean and the people are very kind and offer great classes.
Came for a YIN class that focuses on deep stretches, holding poses, releasing tension and relaxing. I’ve done many hot yoga classes in my life, but have never experienced such a hot and humid room! It was honestly unbearable. About half of the attendees had to walk out multiple times during the class cause it was too hot. And this was a low intensity class; we barely moved. I felt insanely uncomfortable and instead of relaxing this class was stressful to get through. It felt like we were in a steam sauna, not a hot yoga class. It was simply way too humid in the room. If half of the people visibly are too hot to even stay in the room for a low intensity class, this should probably be assessed.
The staff and instructor were super kind and friendly!! Sad I can’t go back. If you love super hot and humid (104 Fahrenheit) go right ahead. If not, this is probably not for you.
I consistently am blown away by the Fire that Tricia Donegan finds in every student and amplify their energies. In the hustle and bustle of New York City, this is a sanctuary where you can come in exhausted; however, full of intention and leave the practice full of empowerment and light. Highly recommend;) Extremely clean facilities.
I’ve had a really positive experience with this yoga institute. The environment is calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained, which makes it easy to relax and focus from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, taking time to guide each pose properly while encouraging everyone to move at their own pace. I especially appreciate how the classes balance physical practice with breathing and mindfulness. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, the sessions feel supportive rather than intimidating. It’s a great place to build consistency, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm in a busy routine.
