I’ve worked with Irving Yee for over a decade reviewing well over 150 full gut apartment renovations, upgrades of common areas, common amenity areas in condos, coops, etc. He is punctual, meticulous and I have never once found fault with his specifications. In this chaotic industry of ultra luxury New York City real estate, architect vs architect, resident vs Board, resident vs governing agency, having a dependable and knowledgeable professional proficient in their field in your corner is invaluable.
