We partnered with JMG Public Relations for a short-term, high-impact PR initiative and they far exceeded expectations. Despite our limited budget and tight timeline, their team overdelivered on every front.
What stood out most was their understanding of our niche industry. Finding PR partners who truly “get” the complexities of BPO and CX can be difficult, but JMG nailed it. They knew exactly which media outlets made sense for our brand and either had the connections or built them fast to get us in.
