In May of 2023, my husband and I purchased our first home utilizing TD Bank’s physician’s mortgage loan. While the process seemed daunting at first, Tony Ciccullo put all of our worries at ease. We can’t thank him enough for how easy he made this process. Tony always took the time to thoroughly explain EVERYTHING, even before we decided to bank with TD. He walked us through the entire loan application process from beginning to end. Tony was incredibly accessible, extremely down to earth, and always forthcoming about how rates could change. He became like family during this process, and we know we can call on him for anything. He was an outstanding MLO, and we’d happily recommend him to anyone, especially first time home buyers!
Tony is an absolute pleasure to work with. Super responsive and patient - we worked with him during our 2 year home search, he supported us through every offer and provided guidance and education along the way. He personally saw our loan through to close, navigating a few tricky situations. At the end of each call he asks, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” And ge means it! Highly recommend.
