I had my first Korean spa experience here for my birthday, and it was so relaxing, rejuvenating, and fun. All the ladies that work here make me feel so cared for and pampered from start to finish; the Korean body scrub was exceptional and my skin has never felt better in my life. Monica took care of me for the Allure Package and is so kind and extremely talented. I can’t wait to come back.
Great experience! My friend and I arrived a little confused about how everything worked, but the staff was incredibly kind and patient explaining everything in detail. The woman at reception was very welcoming, and the staff inside were also attentive and helpful.
The place was very clean, and prices are reasonable for the experience. I would definitely come back and recommend it!
My wife and I were lucky to be able to book last minute here for Valentine’s Day and had a lovely time. The staff were very attentive and organized. The lemon hot tub was such a treat. The jade sauna is next level. We fell asleep in the salt room. If you’re looking for a convenient escape from
NY, this is the place to be!
Very disappointing experience. Do NOT recommend.
The jacuzzi is not worth the price. The bathtub is extremely small — really only suitable for one person — and the faucet was wrapped in a plastic bag because it was leaking, which shows very poor maintenance.
They provided frozen pineapple in plastic wrapping on a cheap plastic plate, along with very low-quality champagne. This felt unprofessional and far below expectations for a spa.
The massage was very uncomfortable. The therapist climbed and walked on my back without warning, which felt unsafe. Communication was difficult due to limited English, and it raised concerns for me about professionalism and proper licensing. The licenses displayed did not look legitimate.
The steam room on the 4th floor was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The salt room was not properly working.
Overall, the facility felt poorly maintained, unprofessional, and not worth the money. I regret choosing this place and would not return.
I would not return. Trekking to New Jersey for a Korean sauna is worth it as I've learned.
There are two floors: the lower level is always coed and has a sauna, steam room and salt room. The upper level is women only until 5pm and has two warm/hot baths, a cold bath, steam room, and sauna. The women's changing room is tiny and the showers are lukewarm. Given the cleanliness and facilities, the price was steep.
Maybe their body scrubs are good, but it's not a relaxing environment. There was a male employee hanging out with the female employees on the women's only floor when I first arrived.
Later, another employee was sitting in the lounge area watching videos loudly on her phone while chomping down snacks and audibly brushing the crumbs off her hands onto the chair. I think that about sums it up.
