Emma was amazing!! I hadn’t had a haircut in over a year and a half after my previous stylist moved out of the city, so I was really hoping to find someone great. Emma completely delivered!
From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to understand what I wanted, worked efficiently without ever making the appointment feel rushed, and gave me a cut I’m genuinely really happy with!!
You can tell she really cares about both the quality of the haircut and the overall experience. I’m so glad I found her and definitely plan on continuing to work with her going forward. Highly recommend!!
Had the most amazing experience at Ken house, came in for a quick blowout/style and left feeling great. I love my look and honestly have to shout out Hailey. She took such great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Her wash was so relaxing! (Honestly the best I’ve ever had.) Definitely will be back!
I’ve been a client of Robin’s for over 15 years, and I can confidently say he is not just a great barber. He is the reason I keep coming back, no matter how many places I try. At one point I went elsewhere thinking I could find someone who could cut my hair like he does. I never found anyone who came close.
Robin is a master of his craft. He brings precision, creativity, and consistency to every cut, and I always leave feeling confident and sharp. What truly sets him apart is the thought and care he puts into each appointment. He listens, remembers your preferences, and treats every client like a person, not just a booking.

Quite literally the best hair salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve been having my hair done at KINHOUSE for about a decade and I’m always blown away with the results and feel so good about myself after. I’ve thrown so many different looks at these guys over the years in terms of cut and color and they always deliver. Much love to Robin, Jamie and team and see you in March!
This review is for Sam Malandrino specifically! I’m sure this salon is amazing especially if Sam is apart of it now. NYC has been blessed with the GOAT from DC and I know that she is already missed. I went to Sam for color for 5 years. Followed her from a previous salon to her very own space. I have never had a bad experience with her and she was always ready and willing to do whatever I wanted but was also honest with what results would be. Loved being able to pick up where we left off on any new/old gossip. Love her and miss her doing my hair. 🥰🥰😩😩
