Lopez are professionals. They’ll work with you on scope and budget, they are responsive, they show up when they say say they will, and they do good work that lasts. I’ve used them for big jobs (full AC system repairs) as well as small ones (boiler cleaning, faucets/valve replacements, etc) and they’ve always been great.
They responded quickly to my initial call late on a Friday night. Within 2 hours they had a technician arrive at my apartment. I was impressed with the amount of detail of their investigation and that they create report. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained alot about the situation. His investigation was very thorough. Will give another update after I review the report.

We had a serious emergency leak in our building on a Saturday night in the middle of winter, and Lopez Plumbing & Heating Mechanical LLC came through in a big way. Despite difficult parking and the late hour, they arrived within two hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and stopped the leak to prevent further damage.
They returned on Monday as promised to complete the permanent repairs and made sure all services were fully restored for our tenants. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent — they provided clear reports, photos, and videos, which made it easy to understand what was happening and document everything properly.
Beyond the technical work, their customer service was outstanding. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The quality of the work and the level of care they showed gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation.
I absolutely recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again. Very happy with the service.
This was my second time hiring Lopez and I am pleased once again with the results. They are reliable and focused on the job and dedicated to troubleshooting and fixing problems. My tankless hot water system had a circulator pump that needed replacing and as a result of the failed pump there were existing complications with a tankless heater valve that had to be diagnosed and remedied. The technicians worked hard to solve these multiple problems and get our heating system back on line. I am very pleased with the professional quality of service. The Lopez team is good at communicating and quick to respond to calls. Samuel is great at communicating and establishing timing on the jobs and the on site work technicians are polite and friendly to work with. I highly recommend Lopez.
My experience with this company renewed my faith in humanity, honestly. I called because I accidentally dropped a toiletry item in my toilet and couldn’t retrieve it even with snake drain. The plumber talked through the issue with me and was very honest about not wanting me to waste a big chunk of change (>$500) on retrieval of the item if it wouldn’t be a big deal. He gave me the tools to think through the issue and basically offered free triage. I will be calling them if I have needs in the future and am grateful for their honest advice and well-meaning service to the community.
