Midtown New York Doctors Urgent Care

I had a really great experience here. I was honestly very anxious about my symptoms, but the doctor took the time to truly listen to me and didn’t dismiss anything I said. He was calm, thorough, and explained everything in a way that made me feel reassured and understood.

The examination was detailed, and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with genuine care, but that’s exactly what I experienced here.

This was by far one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants attentive and compassionate medical care.

Doctor sent me away with no medication for an ear infection. Had to go to Bellevue hospital afterwards where I was given antibiotics. My visit here was a complete waste of my time and I was in a lot of pain, too.

I visited this urgent care because I had a swollen, painful toe. I explained that I’d been in a cemetery wearing open-toe shoes and might have been bitten, so I simply wanted to have it checked for possible infection. The nurse practitioner told me she could not treat me and insisted I go to the hospital due to an unrelated underlying medical condition. My condition had absolutely nothing to do with a potential bug bite, yet I was still turned away without any evaluation or treatment. I’m rating this facility poorly because I came for straightforward care and was refused for reasons that didn’t make sense.

Excellent service, definitely helped to make appointment on line before arrival. Seen by Physician Assistant who was very kind and through in his assessment and ordered appropriate treatment and medication. Very pleased with environment
