Milo has been wonderful! We were in desperate need Of late evening walks for our dog since we were unable to take care of it ourselves due to some surgery. Milo filled in whenever we needed them once twice three times a day.
The team was always available, helpful, reliable, and charming. We are grateful to know them and to have them working with us.
Finding Donn and the team was the best thing to happen to me in 2025.
I’ve been through pretty much every horrible NYC dog walker experience you can imagine. Over the last 5 years with my husky, I have seen it all (unfortunately). So finding someone I can actually trust has been the biggest relief for me.
Donn is the most professional dog walker I’ve met. He is always on time and communicative. The two qualities I’ve noticed that I have not seen in other walkers I’ve used:
1. He trains and leads. My dog is incredibly anxious with new people. Donn worked with her over a few weeks and she went from growling and cowering to getting ZOOMIES when he shows up. She listens to his commands and I can see how much she views him as a leader! It’s been SO good for my dog.
2. His flexibility and responsiveness. I’ve had a few emergencies come up and Donn has ALWAYS been able to help me with my dog, even if it’s been day of. I can’t thank him enough for that.
Truly the best dog walker and sitter in NYC. I would recommend him to ANYONE who genuinely cares about their dog.
FIVE STARS!!! The best walking service in Tribeca! Our dog gets walked 5x a week and she adores her walker, Hannah. Walk Milo is always responsive when we contact them. If Hannah isn't available, Walk Milo will send over another great walker in her place. We're always pleased with their walkers. We highly recommend Walk Milo!
I had to rush out of town for a family emergency and reached out to Milo for last minute care for my precious baby. They were very attentive and accommodating even in this last minute event. I’d highly recommend!!
