Mount Sinai-Union Square, Urgent Care

I am so grateful for the treatment I received at Mt. Sinai Union Square urgent care. I was in a lot of pain and I was so scared and embarrassed. All of the staff and healthcare providers treated me with so much kindness and sensitivity. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Renacci is knowledgable, compassionate, and reassuring. I feel very lucky to have been seen here and for the above and beyond care I was given by Dr. Renacci.

Worst experience! Would give 0 stars if I could. Waste of time and my money! Was given a series of tests. Then was told my health issue will go away on its own -eventually. They told me I didn’t need a prescription. Nothing changed the next few days. My health condition persisted and I felt worse the next few days. I wasn’t able to sleep. This was my first time here and my last time here. The attending doctor, Nidhish Sasi never saw me or diagnosed me. He sent his resident in to diagnose me - she obviously got it wrong! If you are afraid to write a prescription, DON’T BE A DOCTOR!!!The doctor only came in at the end to show his face and hand me some BS 18 page nonsense release papers so he can say he signed off on them. Do yourselves a favor, go to some real doctors. Don’t go here!

I had a really positive experience with this location. They took my concerns seriously, I was able to get the testing I needed immediately (which included going to radiology), and every doctor had a great bedside manner. Thank you to the team there !

I experienced a bad cough, so I decided to make an online appointment at Union Square Urgent Care. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be seen almost immediately. The front desk staff and medical practitioners demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuinely showed concern for my health complaints. They listened carefully and took the necessary steps to address my situation.

Several tests were conducted, with one providing results immediately, while the others were followed up on in a few days. I was relieved to receive good results. As part of the discharge process, I was encouraged to monitor my health in the future, which I found to be a constructive and helpful recommendation. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the care I received.

Arrive little after 4pm on 10/6, with a brioken middle finger, was told it's 40 minutes wait, do to only one doctor on site, decided to wait, was called around 50 minutes after arriving, explained what happened, was told X-Ray is needed, the assistant insist on a pregnancy test before the x-ray to rule out that I'm not pregnant, stated it's no way I'm pregnant Tubilization & IUD check my chart you will see, plus didn't need to go to the rest at the time, was told to wait in the room until I needed to, 15 mins pass, felt the need to go came out ask where is the rest room, to only be told, we just going to send you to do the x-ray without the pregnancy we saw in your chart IUD & Tubilization, I signed in frustration, then was handed the paperwork for the x-ray where to go for the x-ray. That took less than 15 to complete, took hour and half to receive the results for the x-ray, to only be told I have to go to the ER because this urgent care location closes in 45 minutes, this is after sitting there for 3hours. Never had any issues with this urgent care in the pass, today made all the good experience I had, turned into the worse, they purposely had me wait to only send myself and few other patients that arrived before and after me go to the nearest ER. This is not acceptable, my injury got worse as time passes the pain also got worse, I had to ask for ice pack, was not offer anything for the pain. This urgent care at union Square needs to be look into this not good, attach first arrived 3 hours later
