Have been practicing Pilates for well over 10 years now, travel between London and New York often. Natural Pilates are without question my favourite studios in Manhattan, I have been to both Soho and Flatiron. The tower, chair and reformer are used in class and instructors cue very well, most are hands on, which I personally like but you can just say if it’s not for you. My favourite instructor is Amanda, in a full all levels she still manages to drag a little more out of those that can. Would highly recommend.
Natural Pilates is my favorite studio in the city. I began my practice with Chass, whose technical knowledge and hands-on approach are exceptional. She is highly attentive to all fitness levels and it’s thanks to her expertise that I developed a genuine passion for Pilates. Cannot recommend enough!
I absolutely love Natural Pilates. It blends classical Pilates with weights, resistance bands and other equipment in a way that feels incredibly effective for my body. I leave every class feeling stronger, more aligned and challenged in the best way.
Special shoutout to Chass - she creates such an encouraging environment and offers real time feedback on form. Her cues help me get the most out of every class
Such a good class! I had a great experience at Natural Pilates! The instructor was amazing and really gives attention to everything. Perfect location in the heart of soho with beautiful view from the studio. Highly recommended!
I love the class and the location! Everything is really clean and spacious. Good lighting as well and good class size. My instructor, Hannah was super friendly, welcomed everyone to the class and made sure she talked with everyone. She was very clear with her cues, very encouraging and motivating, good with adjustments, also love how she used different equipments throughout. Will definitely be back!
