I recently worked with New York Design Architects to resolve several longstanding Department of Buildings (DOB) violations on a mixed-use property in Brooklyn. Navigating the intricate maze of building codes and regulations seemed like an overwhelming challenge -- but these folks handled everything professionally and efficiently. From the outset, they took the time to understand the specific details of our situation -- and developed a clear strategy to address each violation. Their knowledge of NYC’s complex regulatory framework was invaluable, and they worked closely with the DOB to ensure all the necessary paperwork and filings were completed accurately and on time. Thanks to New York Design Architects, we passed our inspection, the violations have been removed, and I can sleep better at night. Highly recommended.

BEWARE - RIP OFF ARTISTS. I gave them one star because there was no negative star option. Do NOT waste your time, money and energy with these crooks. Paid them in full for services which should have been completed in 3 months, which instead took NINE months - and was never fully completed - with NO updates or communication about the delays...constantly had to chase them down for info and updates. CONSTANT employee turnover, people quitting right and left, expletives being yelled throughout the office - these people are wanna-be thugs. Dishonest, unorganized, unprofessional and unethical on every level. Then they tried to sue US when we refused to pay an additional $20K for work they had to fix due to their own mistakes! And we STILL don't have the finished product! I'm currently wasting time and money on attorneys dealing with these idiots. They are like a chronic disease that won't go away. If you're looking to get into litigation with your architects, then these are your guys.
